I'm glad you have found our web site.

I say "our" website, because it wouldn't be possible to develop this site without my partners.

Also, the "our" includes "you" the reader. This site is made for you and I truly hope you benefit from reading it.

I give ALL the glory to God. He is directing my path. He has given me a passion for better health through plant based nutrition and exercise.

My goal is to take this passion and put it into words, so that you leave here learning something that will make your life for the better.

Also, you should understand, I'm not a doctor. All my discussions are based on my training and research.

Some of my training includes:

I practice what I preach.

My diet consists of whole food plant based nutrition, whole food supplements, and daily juicing. I try to follow the Hallelujah diet (mentioned below) as close as possible.

In addition to proper diet I exercise regularly. I do cardio training 5 days a week using a heart rate monitor. I do resistance training 2 days a week and also practice self defense training (Krav Maga).

I also advise that you should always consult a doctor before starting any nutritional or exercise program.

Things To Consider

A good way to remember whole food plant based nutrition is to think of the produce section of your supermarket. When you leave this section of the supermarket, you are leaving a plant based diet behind. If your food is not in the produce section of the supermarket, limit your intake of it.

The American Cancer Society recommends limiting processed and red meat in your diet. Even though I do cheat on my diet on occasion, I do not advocate consumption of processed meat (deli meat, hot dogs, bacon, sausage, etc) or red meat in any amounts.

The Gerson Therapy involves 13 glasses of fresh juices daily and does NOT use meat in any amounts in the treatment of cancer. It only makes sense that a diet that treats cancer with juice and no meat is one to follow to prevent cancer.

Our Magnificent Body

God has given us a magnificent body. A body that can heal itself with a healthy immune system.

A good example is when you cut yourself. Given the proper care you can watch that cut heal over a few days.

I truly believe certain sicknesses and diseases can be prevented and even reversed in some circumstances. However, every person and condition is different.

God's original plan for man was to eat fruits and vegetables.

Genesis 1:29 - And God said, Behold, I have given you every plant (vegetables) yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.

It only makes sense to me that the best chance of true health comes from feeding our bodies with what God had originally planned. Fruits and vegetables.

Recently I went through Health Minister Training at Hallelujah Acres. Hallelujah Acres was founded by Rev. George Malkmus who developed the Hallelujah diet based on Genesis 1:29.

The Hallelujah diet is actually a lifestyle diet, not a weight loss diet. However, if you change your diet from the Standard American/Western diet to the Hallelujah diet you WILL lose weight.

I had researched the Hallelujah diet and wanted to learn first hand if this type of lifestyle diet was a scam or if their was some truth to the claims of better health, disease healing and/or weight loss.

So, I went on a road trip to Hallelujah Acres in Shelby, North Carolina.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. There were over 100 people that attended this training and they ALL had some form of positive results from the Hallelujah diet.

The Hallelujah Diet Explained

After my father died of cancer at the age of 58 and one of my best friends dropped dead at the age of 36 from a heart attack, I decided to become PROACTIVE in nutrition and exercise.

If my father and friend had only known what I have learned over the last 20 years.

As I went through the Health Minister training at Hallelujah Acres I was astonished to hear the testimonies of healing.

Here are just a couple of success stories of beating cancer with diet.




Are those some amazing testimonies or what! These guys were able to BEAT cancer with diet.

Hippocrates was right when he said "Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food." There actually is truth to the old saying "an apple a day helps keep the doctor away."

It's so sad seeing so many people with health problems. What is even more sad is that most of these health problems could have been prevented.

Friend, if your still reading this, I want you to know God loves you and he doesn't want anything but the best for you. I hope that this website will help you in whatever you are looking for.

Let's talk some more about the Hallelujah diet.

A part of the Hallelujah diet involves juicing. Juicing is a tremendous way to get nutrition into your diet.

When drinking fresh juice (not canned or bottled) the nutrients are absorbed into your body almost instantly without having to go through the digestive process.

Even though I don't care for most vegetables, I can get the nutrition from 6 carrots, 1 apple, and 1 head of broccoli into 1 glass of juice.

Carrots are the main ingredient of all the juicing recipes. Typically 2/3 carrots and the other 1/3 are two other vegetables.

For example, I juice 24 carrots, 2 cucumbers and 2 beets to get around 32 ounces of juice.

Another recipe is 24 carrots, 4 stalks of celery, and 1-2 cups of parsley.

There are many combinations to get nutrition in a glass of juice.

I don't like cooked carrots or broccoli, so this is an easy way to get vegetables into my diet.

Here's a short video of me juicing carrots, red apples, and broccoli as part of my Hallelujah diet. I try to get two 8 ounce servings of fresh juice per day as part of my diet.



With my hectic schedule I don't always have time to juice, so I also supplement my health with whole food supplements.

When I first heard about whole food supplements, I was skeptical. But, if I could get whole food nutrition from fruits, vegetables and whole grains without actually eating them, I was intrigued.

Don’t get me wrong. After all the research I’ve done, I know that we all need to get as much fruits, vegetables and whole grains into our daily diet as possible.

But, with the fast pace of life my family and I find it difficult to eat properly all the time. So, if we could cheat a little and still get nutrition from whole food supplements, then I wanted to learn more.

I'll get back to supplements a little later.

I want to spend a few minutes discussing the different ways our physical bodies respond... depending on what foods are provided to that body for fuel and nourishment.

DEAD cooked food or LIVING plant foods.

To vividly show the difference between a food that is DEAD and one that is ALIVE, try this little experiment. Go to the market and purchase 5 RAW carrots and bring them home.

At home, cut a half-inch piece off of the stem end of that first RAW carrot, place it in a shallow basin of water, and watch it grow. And it will grow, because it is still in its LIVING form.

Now take the remaining 4 RAW carrots, and cook them. Cook one of them in boiling water. Cook the second carrot in a steamer. Cook the third carrot in a slow 250-degree oven, and the fourth in a microwave.

Now take each of those COOKED carrots out of their heat source, cut off the ends as with the first RAW carrot, place them in a shallow basin of water, and watch them grow.

Will these cooked carrots grow? Of course not! Why? Because the heat of cooking killed the life force (enzymes) within those carrots! When we cook our food, we destroy all enzymatic activity, that is, the LIFE within that carrot has been destroyed, along with a high percentage of its nutrients.

Each one of us is blessed with a body that is comprised of approximately 100 trillion LIVING cells. Every physical aspect of our body is made of LIVING cells!

Our hair and nails are made of LIVING cells - they keep growing don't they? Our skin, muscle, immune system, and even bone structure are comprised of LIVING cells, as is our entire physical body.

These LIVING cells that comprise our physical body are constantly in the process of dying and replacing themselves at the rate of approximately 300 million cells every minute of every day throughout an entire lifetime. In other words, everyminute of our day, 24/7, 300 million cells die and are replaced with 300 million new cells.

As these cells die and are replaced, the new cell which is replacing the old cell, is totally dependent on the building materials available within the body at the time of replacement. The quality of this building material determines the quality of the new cell.

If the building materials available are of a poor quality, the new cell will be WEAKER than the cell it is replacing! This is what happens when we eat the Standard American Diet (SAD).

Why? Because the SAD is comprised almost totally of DEAD food! DEAD (cooked) food cannot provide the proper building materials with which to build a new, healthy, vital, vibrant, LIVING cell!

If we will simply replace the DEAD plant foods with LIVING plant foods, foods which are still in their natural RAW, LIVING forms, then, because the cells have GOOD building material, the new cell will be EQUAL to the cell it is replacing.

Sadly, most people are on a diet comprised almost totally of the wrong building materials. We call it The Standard American Diet, a DEAD food diet that is loaded with toxins. Thus, physical breakdown (pinging and knocking) progressively gets louder as they go through LIFE!

Maybe it's a little high blood pressure or high triglycerides here. Maybe it's high cholesterol there. Maybe it's a little arthritis or bursitis. Maybe it's hypoglycemia, or acne, or dandruff, or, or, or...! My friend, these physical breakdowns are almost always the result of placing the wrong fuel into our bodies, a predominantly DEAD food diet, loaded with toxins.

When we change the fuel from the basically DEAD, Standard American Diet of this world, to the LIVING plant food based diet with which God designed our physical bodies to be nourished, the body will almost always correct that physical problem!

Here is a short testimony on how the Hallelujah Diet helped with arthritis.



The pinging and knocking will cease, as the body literally rebuilds itself and heals itself, just as God designed. After our body has rebuilt its LIVING CELLS with LIVING FOOD (this takes about a year) and as we continue to consume a basically LIVING FOODS diet.

Juicing a percentage of the vegetables we eat each day, before we place them into our bodies, is the key to the tens-of-thousands of fabulous healing testimonies.

When we place these highly concentrated, high quality, incredibly dense nutrients into our body, the body has the building materials needed to produce a cell that is superior to the one it is replacing, as our bodies’ cells die and replace at the rate of approximately 300 million per minute.

As the cells that comprise the immune system and essential organs have the building materials to rebuild stronger cells,the body's own built in, self-healing mechanism, kicks in, seeks out the trouble areas (physical breakdowns), and usually fixes the problem, just as God designed it to do.

For those who do not have a juicer, or for those times when it is impossible to obtain freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juices, whole food supplements is the next best thing in the form of powdered fruit and vegetable juices.
